4. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Payments for studio time, production services, beats, events, or digital products must be made in full unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit/debit cards

Online payment platforms

Cash (in‑person transactions only)

 

4.2 Deposits

 

Certain services require a non‑refundable deposit to secure booking or production time. Deposits are applied toward the final balance.

 

4.3 Refunds

 

All sales of beats, studio time, digital products, and production services are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not provided for:

Missed studio sessions

Creative dissatisfaction

Digital downloads

Completed production work

Event‑related refunds follow the terms of the specific event contract.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

 

5.1 Company-Owned Content

 

All content created by 365 Productions LLC—including beats, instrumentals, mixes, masters, logos, branding, videos, and promotional materials—is protected under U.S. copyright law.

Unless a written licensing agreement is executed, 365 Productions LLC retains full ownership of all masters, compositions, and production assets.

 

5.2 Artist-Owned Content

 

Artists retain ownership of lyrics, performances, and compositions they create unless otherwise transferred through contract.

 

5.3 Licensing

 

Beat licenses (exclusive or non‑exclusive) are governed by the specific licensing agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or modification of Company content is strictly prohibited.

 

6. User-Submitted Content

 

If you upload or submit any content (audio files, lyrics, demos, images, etc.) to 365 Productions LLC:

You affirm that you own or have permission to use the content

You grant the Company permission to store, review, and use the content for service delivery

You agree not to upload copyrighted or illegal material without authorization

We reserve the right to remove or reject any submitted content at our discretion.
